Sea, sand and rainbows in Cornwall

Sea, sand and rainbows in Cornwall. Lovely walk to Carbis Bay beach starting from from St Euny Church, Lelant. Parking is by the church, then take the scenic coastal footpath through the sand dunes above Hayle beach. Keep going along the cliff path with wonderful views over the ocean and along the coast to Godrevy – north and St Ives – south. About 3 kilometres later you descend onto Carbis Bay. A lovely golden sandy beach with wonderful views plus cake and  coffee to be had in the Carbis Bay Beach Club Restaurant, overlooking the sea… and a rainbow appears! So you can have your cake and eat it!!

The historic St Euny Church is about 15 minutes from Tehidy Holiday Park. A lovely 1/2 day walk.
