What’s on in Cornwall this October

There are some great activities coming up. Here’s a few that might appeal for a fun and relaxed type of day.

We’re hosting the dancers and musicians for the Lowender Celtic Festival which is set in Redruth from Thurs 15 – Sun 18 Oct. Lowender is Kernewek for ‘celebration.

On Sat 25 Oct the Jubilee Pool in Penzance is holding a full moon swim, giving you the chance to take a twilight dip in the iconic Art Deco lido as the moon comes up over Mount’s Bay.

Falmouth Book Festival from Sun 18 – Sun 25 Oct, with an impressive line-up of writers and performers with events taking place around the town including authors such as Ruby Wax, Michael Morpurgo, Maria Alyokhina of Pussy Riot, Charlie Higson, Luke Harding, Patrick Gale and Esther Freud.
