A kestrel caught hunting over the cliffs at Lizard Point

What a fantastic picture of a kestrel caught hunting over the cliffs at Lizard Point. You often see them hovering above you as they search for prey but it’s unusual to get a view like this one. A very keen and happy wildlife photographer caught this magical image whilst in a family outing along this wonderful section of the coastal path. The wild  life and wild flowers are stunning along the Lizard Point area. It is also a great place to see Choughs who are spreading along the coast here yet again.
