Booking terms for NEW  reservations applicable from 19th March 2020

 

Following recent developments we understand there are many factors involved when considering a holiday.

All breaks ending before the 30th April are eligible for date changes without an administration fee

Please be advised that date changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to your original arrival date by email

Should the cost of your holiday increase due to a date change the full balance would be required. However, should the cost of your holiday decrease we will not refund the difference but we will allow the difference to be used towards a further holiday cost within the next 12 months

We always recommend you take out travel insurance when you book with us. If you have taken travel insurance as we advised, then please refer to your insurer. All terms are subject to availability and we reserve the right to amend them without prior notice

Q: What happens if the Park closes?

A: In the event the Park is requested by the Government to close, please refer to your travel insurer for information

 

Q: Can I move my dates?

A: Yes, all breaks ending before the 30th April are eligible for date changes without an administration fee

Q: Can I cancel my holiday?

A: Yes, you can cancel your holiday at any time however due to force majeure terms we cannot offer any refunds.
