Wildlife at Tehidy Holiday Park

Wildlife at Tehidy Holiday Park is thriving and we are getting ready for Spring. We will soon be cleaning out out the bird boxes and have been filling our bird feeders over the Winter. Our resident Robin has been spotted frequently and there are lots of Blue tits and Long tailed Tits visiting the fat ball feeders. Our bird camera is installed in our Blue Tit box and we are putting up more housing for the house sparrows to nest in this year. House sparrows used to be common but sadly their numbers have dwindled in many places, so we are are hoping our nesting boxes will help our local population.
